Where do I get a claim number?
Yes, please let your Estimator know what other work you would like to have done, so that he or she can make the necessary arrangement.
Will Offutt Collision Repair set up a rental for me?
Yes, we can set up the rental and have it waiting for you when you drop off your vehicle. You will be able to leave it with us when you pick up your vehicle after the repairs are completed. Remember that insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy or call your insurance company to get the details on your rental coverage and limitations. We partner with Hertz (402-731-2970) and Enterprise (402-293-0980) in Bellevue.
Can you assist with setting up a tow truck?
Yes, our Director of First Impressions at OCR, is happy to set up a tow truck for you if needed. Call the shop directly at (402) 291-5599. If your vehicle is towed to OCR, our trained estimators have 24-48 hours to write up an estimate. Once the damaged has been assessed our Estimator will then submit the estimate and photographs to your insurance company.
Who collects my deductible?
Your policy deductible is due when you pick up your vehicle. If you are unsure about the amount of your deductible, please call your insurance company.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Of course, cash is always welcome. We no longer accept personal checks or American Express.
